PAID APPLICATION & OPERATIONAL-PLANNING SUPPORT
AgroLink provides paid SFOC-RPAS application and drone compliance support for Alberta operators and projects. We help organize the proposed operation, review planning gaps and prepare documentation around the aircraft, crew, location and intended work.

Begin with what you intend to do and where you intend to do it. We agree on a support scope before preparing documents, so the work addresses your operation rather than a generic set of forms.

Support can include organizing operational concepts, site considerations, crew responsibilities, emergency procedures and other documentation within the agreed project scope.
We help assemble and review application materials and address documentation gaps. Discuss support for follow-up questions and revisions as part of the engagement.
Transport Canada describes an SFOC-RPAS as permission for specific drone operations under special conditions, including operations outside the basic, advanced or Level 1 Complex categories. Whether an operation needs an SFOC depends on the proposed flight and current requirements.
AgroLink provides preparation and operational-planning support. Transport Canada makes certificate and approval decisions; our service does not issue an SFOC or guarantee approval. The operator remains responsible for conducting the operation within the applicable requirements and any approved conditions.
Send a summary of your intended operation, project location, aircraft and payload, expected timing and the planning documents you already have. We can then discuss deliverables, responsibilities, the work required and our service quote.
We support customers across Alberta, including Central Alberta, Sylvan Lake, Slave Lake and Red Deer. Agricultural application, inspection, mapping and cargo-delivery projects can be discussed alongside their equipment and field workflows.

No. Transport Canada makes approval decisions and sets its process. Our scope covers the agreed preparation and support, with responsibilities and deliverables confirmed before engagement.
